Collecting Delivery

After purchasing a product online, you will receive a message from the delivery company requesting you to collect your packages according to the instructions in the message. There are several types of instructions as indicated below.

TYPE 1 Key Characters: 丰巢快递柜

TYPE 2 Key Characters: 菜鸟驿站 22号楼

*Packages can also be delivered to Buildings 11, 13 and 15, which you may or may not receive similar text messages as above. If a package arrives directly at your dormitory buildings, the receptionists will write your room number on the notice board on the ground floor of the dormitory. In this case, you can collect your package from the reception desk.
