Bonne Fête is a programme that focuses on celebrating different festivals and events from all over the world, as well as enjoying and extending students' knowledge about different cultures. The programme provides students the opportunity to experience different cultures as well as meet new people.

A programme which aims to promote communication and form a bond between domestic and international students by matching them into pairs and holding free activities once per semester. Buddy System provides opportunities to make friends with domestic and international students, learn more about different culture, improve language skills, and most importantly, to have fun with buddies.

Go~UK! is a programme which mainly works on exchange related activities. The programme holds two main activities annually: Exchange Fair, in the autumn semester, invites international students to introduce their countries and home universities; Exchange Sharing Session, which provides personal guides mainly for year two students by the invited seniors sharing their exchange life.

The Organisation’s Home Stay programme arranges international students to stay with domestic students and experience traditional Chinese culture. We provide a multicultural communication platform between all students so that each student has the opportunity to enjoy different culture-exchanging activities. It is a great way to explore China and make friends at the same time.

OLLE is short for ‘Online Language Learning Exchange’. The programme is a tri-campus NAA programme supported by Vis-à-Vis and the University Language Centre. We offer seven online language learning activities: Mandarin, English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, and Japanese, where students can get 20 NAA credits through the programme. Our mission is to bring students together from different backgrounds and help them complete their language studies.

The full name of PACT Programme is ‘Project Autonomy for Communication and Teamwork’. It aims to help UNNC year one students improve their spoken English by assigning one mentor to lead a group of six mentees. Through English discussions and debates, in addition to activities such as “Exit The Room” and ware wolf card games, mentees can enjoy learning English through a wide range of enjoyable methods.

Travelling provides domestic and international students the opportunity to travel around China, and experience Chinese culture. The programme, administered by VAV members from a range of different cultures, organises and implements excursions to numerous cities across the country, including Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing. Accompanied by a variety of workshops and activities, the Programme aims to engage with students and make connections.
