Finance
The Finance Department is one of the fundamental bodies of the Vis-à-Vis Organisation. Responsible for inner-funding, budget control and sponsorship business, the department operates and supports the economics of each activity in the Vis-à-Vis calendar. Additional obligations include that of distributing reimbursement and organising ‘Return to Childhood’ – a unique activity designed by the department.
Human Resources
The Human Resources Department focuses primarily on the inner control of the Vis-à-Vis Organisation. Such responsibilities include that of organising and directing procedures such as member recruitments, team building and senior management elections. Numerous activities, such as the Christmas Party and Annual Meeting, are also administered by the HR Department. The department aims to improve efficiency, optimise human resources and foster sustainable cohesion throughout the Organisation.
Information Technology
The IT Department mainly focuses on providing technical support for the Organisation. IT takes charge of VAV design work such as making posters, editing videos and designing peripheral products. We hold IT workshops for UNNCers who are interested in post-production, design techniques or even photo-editing.
Marketing
Marketing is a department which is responsible for brand construction and promoting Vis-à-Vis and its activities on and outside campus. Operating the official VAV WeChat, Instagram and Weibo account, the department also designs and operates the VAV website. We focus on covering every event inside VAV and strive to promote the University internationally.
